Dragon Ball statue arrived late

I ordered the "Dragon Ball Z Goku Super Saiyan 4 1/4 Scale Statue" from OrzGK. The statue itself is fantastic, really high quality and looks great in person. However, the pre-order took much longer to ship than I expected, arriving almost a month after the estimated window. I understand delays can happen with collectibles, but better communication about the revised shipping timeline would have been appreciated. Customer service did eventually respond to my inquiry, but it took a few days. The packaging was very secure, which is a big plus for such a fragile item. Overall, a good product, but the wait time was a bit frustrating.

Always reliable for statues

This was my fifth purchase from Orzgk. I've bought several 1/4 scale resin statues over the past year, including this latest Nier Automata one. Their packaging is consistently secure, which is important for fragile items. Pre-orders sometimes take a while, but that's standard for these types of collectibles. They always deliver what's promised, and that's why I keep coming back.

My Naruto statue arrived perfect!

Oh my goodness, I just got my "Naruto Shippuden Uchiha Itachi Susanoo 1/6 Scale Statue" from OrzGK, and it's incredible! The details are stunning, and the LED features are just perfect. It was packed so well, too, no damage at all. I was a bit worried about shipping a fragile resin, but they did a fantastic job. I'm so happy with this purchase, it's definitely going to be the centerpiece of my collection! I'm already eyeing my next pre-order. You guys are amazing!

Good price for Genshin figure

I was looking for a good deal on a Genshin Impact figure and OrzGK had a pre-order bonus that saved me a decent chunk of change on the "Genshin Impact Raiden Shogun 1/4 Scale Statue". It felt like a solid saving compared to other sites I checked. The deposit system was a bit new to me, but it worked out fine. Overall, I got a quality collectible without breaking the bank, which was exactly what I wanted. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Nier Automata figure delivered

Ordered a 1/6 scale Nier Automata figure. It arrived in good condition. Shipping took about 3 weeks. The box had a small dent, but the figure itself was fine. I'm happy with it.

Good statue, fast shipping

I ordered a Dragon Ball Z statue. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The product looked just as pictured. I was satisfied with the purchase.

Good statue, long wait

I pre-ordered the limited edition 1/4 scale Eren Yeager Attack on Titan statue back in January. The deposit system was clear enough; I paid a small amount upfront and the rest when it was ready to ship. It took about 9 months, which was longer than I hoped, but that's typical for these items. Shipping insurance was a good add-on, it arrived without a scratch. The packaging was very secure, lots of foam. The LED feature on the base is really well done, but the instruction sheet for assembly was a little hard to follow. Customer support answered my query about tracking within a day, so that was fine. Overall, a solid piece for my collection, just be prepared for the wait.

Great value on new statue

I was looking for a good deal on a new piece and found the early bird discount on the new Jujutsu Kaisen 1/6 scale diorama statue. The initial deposit was low, and the final price felt really fair compared to other sites I checked. I also qualified for a new member discount which was automatically applied. It felt like I got a really good value for a high-quality collectible. The shipping cost was a bit more than I expected, but the overall savings made it worth it. Definitely a smart buy for budget-conscious collectors.
